Each plot, if sold by Rose Hills, would cost $10,000 = $40,000 for all four. Each plot transfer fee costs $200 = $800 for all four. Each plot endowment care fee costs $200 = $800 for all four. Rose Hills SELLING PRICE = $41,600 including all fees. SELLING PRICE = $21,600 including all fees That is a total savings of $20,000 or $5,000 per plot site.
